Hi
I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what?s going on. I sold some baby grows on eBay recently and the buyer left positive feedback but then yesterday I received an email from pay pal saying that the buy or their bank have reversed the payment. I emailed the buyer and they said they hadn?t reversed the payment. I hadn?t left the buyer feedback yet, would this have an effect? Does anyone have any idea what?s going on?

I have just received another email stating that the payment has been reversed, even though the buyer has left feedback, what can I do?

feedback doesn't really come into this.

have a look on paypal to see if you qualify for seller protection for this particular transaction.

I didnt send it recorded or sign for, just standard delivery. the buyer emailed me saying they recived it and saying that they havent done anything through pay pal and that they have paid for the baby grows.

the payment has bounced, seller protection does not apply to a bounced payment

What does that mean? Im guessing its like bounced check? Should I email the buyer?

the only chance you have is for the buyer to admit that either they or their bank authorised the chargeback and to pay you again - other than that you have no way of getting the money as you are not covered by seller protection.
