I bid and won something that was for cash on collection only.
I emailed seller asking when would be ok to collect and for the full address.
Had no reply so after 3 days I asked again, still no reply.
On the 7th day I sent anothe message asking what was happening as if they want to cancel transaction I can start looking elsewhere.
Still no reply.
Today (9th day) I get a dispute against me with a message saying I have said I am refusing to pay?!?!
What should I do please?
