Still waiting, I bought a new leather sofa suite last month

I bought a two piece leather sofa suite on 4th october, I won and paid for it through paypal then phoned them up to let them know I would be coming to collect it (live fairly near the warehouse)only to be told it was out of stock and wouldn't be in for three weeks. It has now been a month and though having sent several emails and them replying that it should be in the end of this week.(email was received last week from them) I have not heard from them since. I have emailed them again but no reply so far, and was told they will get in contact with me when it is in. My question is this, should I wait and hope it does come in soon or start up a paypal dispute as Im beginning to panic and worried I will lose my money, and it was a lot of our savings. what do you think?

TIA x

check how long you have left within paypal in which to open a dispute. Make sure you open it well within the time.

Open the dispute NOW
then negotiate

Open a dispute asap!

They are slow-timing until the 45days are up for you to put in a paypal dispute.

open your dispute rightaway !!! AND as you live close to the warehouse just turn up and see what they really have there

You have 45 days within which to open a dispute, open it and you get a further 20 days to escalate to a claim.
