How to amend (combine) P&P after sales have ended?

Just sold some items on Ebay and three have gone to the same bidder. I am more than happy to reduce postage - but realise I don't actually know how.

Can anyone help me?

Bidder has now paid the full postage on all three items. So I guess I should refund via paypal? Is that possible? Easy?

yes it is easy to refund postage on paypal. You can chose the amount you wish to refund.

Refund via the original PP transactions.

In future you amend the invoice postage costs before sending, you do not press recalculate though as that takes it back by default to what it originally was.

You can never discount more than the postage costs.
