I've just tried to withdraw the £200 I have in my PP account and it's frozen. It says they randomly do security updates and I have been chosen. The problem is, it won't let me update the information they require other than by post. I am currently on hold to their helpline but it's just told me my call won't be answered for at least 15 minutes! And it's an 0870 number - it'll cost me £200 in one phone call to be told there's nothing they can do!
