I bought an household item from ebay that was described as one size fits all and could be fitted in seconds. In reality it had to be sawn to fit and the instructions were very badly translated to the point of being useless. I left neutral feedback saying I had to saw to fit and the instructions were poor.
The seller has since refunded half the sale price but asked me 3 times to change feedback to positive. However the seller still sells these items with incorrect description and my neutral hasn't affected their score.
So, am I being unreasonable not to change feeback despite partial refund?
