Have been asked to change feedback - WWYD?

I bought an household item from ebay that was described as one size fits all and could be fitted in seconds. In reality it had to be sawn to fit and the instructions were very badly translated to the point of being useless. I left neutral feedback saying I had to saw to fit and the instructions were poor.

The seller has since refunded half the sale price but asked me 3 times to change feedback to positive. However the seller still sells these items with incorrect description and my neutral hasn't affected their score.

So, am I being unreasonable not to change feeback despite partial refund?

Nope i'd leave the feedback as it is, tell the seller if he/she carrys on asking you to change the feedback which you think was fair then you will have to report them to ebay

I e-mailed last nioght to say I'd be leaving the feeback as it is, particularly since incorrect product description had remained. The company e-mailed me AGAIN this morning.

How do I report them to ebay for this?

I would definately leave the feedback as it is. Not sure how to report them thought, there is so much information on Ebays site

Tell them that you will be changing it to negative if they continue to harrass you Grin

Well done for sticking to your guns. This is bloody cheek.

Imagine what pressure they put on people who do want a full refund (that is: if you don't change your feedback, I won't refund anything), and be happy that you are reporting them, because their feedback is very likely seriously skewed by their manipulation!
