I have sold an item on eBay, buyer not verified details with paypal and advised me so. They have since sent payment from a family members account which has a different postage address....
Am I right in thinking that I must send the item to the address the payment has come from as given on paypal and not the address the buyer has given me?
I assume if I send the item to the address other than quoted on paypal I'm not covered should it go astray or are there further complications in that they buyer can claim it missing as it's not gone to his ebY address iykwim...? Help !!!!! Tia x
