buyer is in amsterdam, did a buy it now on my item then didn't pay and questioned postage costs which i included £4 for insurance and tracking, buyer didn't want to pay tracking, so i took it off and sent it normal air mail, buyer has now opened a case saying they haven't received it.
i'm a private seller, its been almost 3 weeks since i sent it. do i have to refund or can buyer protection kick in? how does that work?
