not received item no contact from seller WWYD?

it was the third item of three on a BIN seller has 77.6% pos feedback on over 700 items
(the negs were for item not received and no contact!!)

i'd report to ebay as item not recieved and in the additional comments write you tried to contact buyer but no reply.

as pink said report it to ebay. i had an item not received once but money taken, i reported it and got a refund.

at the mo im in a similar situation, won an auction 26th sep, paid straightaway, kept checking ebay and for ages was showing as not dispatched. Eventually i noticed it had been sent but no idea when so didnt know at what point it was late/missing. Left it a while longer, contacted buyer who said it was sent "last week" which wasnt very clear or helpful, left it a couple more days they said it was sent by trackable means but needed to get the number off someone else who posted it. Waited a couple more days, nothing.

Ive opened a dispute with them via ebays resolution centre as i paid through paypal, I was worried they would just leave ebay and I would be left with nothing. Apparently they vow to help you sort it out and if nothing within 10 days you get a refund.

My seller is on holiday at the mo so getting a reply is taking ages and according to royal mail they cant help me without the tracking number and all recorded items are kept for a week before being returned to sender and im sure its been longer than that so heres hoping they put their address on. According to the seller its showing on royal mails website as being "arrived with me" but its certainly not. Just got to sit and wait but its the worst experience with ebay ive had as the seller is taking ages to get back to me.

I would open a dispute through the resolution centre and in future stay clear of anyone with such negative feedback!
