Buyer requesting refund

I've just completed sale of a climbing frame for a dolls house.
Within minutes of seller paying she's emailed to ask for a refund as she thought it was full-size. I'm happy to do this (although I quite clearly stated it was for a dolls house. I mean £2.50 delivery costs for a child's climbing frame!!) but am concerned I'll get hit with fees.
Do I need to contact ebay/ paypal before I refund?
Thanks

D'oh. Should have looked a little harder on Ebay website. It's quite clear, isn't it! Anyway, she's been refunded now

Silly woman. (her, not you)

Indeed. And I'm still waiting to cancel the transaction as she hasn't responded to Ebay.

you should get all your costs back, paypal will refund their charges and so should eBay. I've had this before when people have changed their mind about things. If you raised a refund via eBay, then you should get a chance to flag no response after a few days.

Good Luck!
