sending to Croatia

I have a next winter coat on atm. I got a question this morning about posting to Croatia. Is there any reason I should say no? Are people cautious about lost or 'lost' items when posting abroad. I've never been asked to post abroad so not really sure what to say.Thank you

I never post anything abroad anymore having lost out twice when the buyer claims it is "lost"

also, if the buyer claims it is broken you could end up paying a lot in postage to sort it out

My gut instinct wouldnt let me post abroad either.

I do post abroad on eBay - why not? The second-hand (and new) markerts are not the same outside the UK; we really are lucky with having such a competitive market.

Contact the person and offer tracked postage and tell him/her the rate. Also offer non-tracked postage (with a Certificate of Posting), and let the buyer choose whether to bid or not.

Hmm, i am not bothering anymore after always have done but now have an item not received thing from someone in Austria. I posted it INternational signed for too Sad Hopfully it will show up as not reached the deadline yet for delivery and it is very well packaged with clear address both ways. Still not posting abroad anymore though!

Fair enough. Sorry about your Austrian experience, maxybrown. Sad
