I ordered a shiatsu massager from an ebay shop but it was defective. They're resending another and want this one back but it's going to cost almost the price of the massager to resend.

I can't cancel the replacement now Sad

I won't ever order electrical goods again as it'll have cost me £13 in postage which is more than the actual massager.

We had a similiar problem with a camera battery. I think if it is defective then the seller should have to pay postage. But it doesn't look like it works like that.

I agree, never again!

I had a dispute recently as an item I bought was very obviously broken when it arrived. The packaging was intact so it was almost certainly defective when sold. I said I was happy to return it, but not to pay for return courier and ebay found in my favour and refunded the lot. It might be worth sking them to refund your return postage?
