Bought some boots from an ebay shop 10 days ago, paid for 1st class recorded postage - emailed seller before buying to check she had them in my size and she confirmed they did. Today, still no boots.

I emailed her to ask where they were and she replied saying she was sorry for the delay but her supplier promised they wold be with her to send out by the end of the month, and if I didn't want to wait then she would issue a full refund.

I asked for the refund as thee are othe pairs I could buy - she promised it 'asap' at 11.30 this morning and its not materialised.

How long would you wait?

I would lodge a complaint with ebay - cant' remember how long after purchase you can start the complaint procedure but there is all the guidance on the ebay website. Hope you get your refund.

Thanks - have had a look and they say to give seller 3 days to refund before opening a dispute.

Also should I open the dispute with ebay, or Paypal, or both?
