just a quick question from a first time ebay user

Hi,

I'm selling some bits on ebay for the first time and I'm a bit confused. I've tried the ebay help sections but not found much of use there.

So, I've sold an item and had the confirmation email from ebay. I clicked on the 'send invoice' thingy and as far as I know this went through. Do I need to contact the buyer as well or does the invoice go straight to them?

The confirmation email included all of the buyer's details so I presume they got mine too. I'm just waiting for the payment at the moment.

The invoice goes straight to them. They will be given your payment details. Once you receive confirmation of their payment then send the item.
