I can't upload from TL!

I've been trying for an hour to upload one item to get my Christmas fund started and it won't let me upload to ebay . I've checked for updates and installed the ones I needed, re-started the programme, started the listing again and it still won't let me upload. It's telling me I need to state item condition which I already have.

Anyone have any idea how to help me before I spend hours looking through their help pages?

Hi - I had this problem and after trying all the updates etc, I ended up having to uninstall TL and then reinstall the latest version. All worked fine after that.

Thanks, I'll try that because the only time I seem to be motivated enough to list things is in the middle of the day and that's not the best time for auctions to end.

I have spent a couple of hours trying all the fix-it tips on ebay but none of them work so had to list it directly with ebay and I don't like it!!!
