how can you search on ebay to find out what people are searching for to buy?

i want to find out what searches people do - to see if i have any of it to sell?

any ideas?

I do my own homework though - It can take a bit of time (I usually do it in my coffee break) Pick a section at random say... kitchen stuff. Click on that category then go to completed listings. Search for items that went for over £10. Look at what sold and what seemed to be the theme or common keyword - maybe vintage, or pink, or retro, or stainless steel etc. hope this makes sense.

You could go to Ebay Pulse to see the trends on the whole site or a specific category. This shows the top product searches, the largest stores and the most watched items.
