I bought a pair of "genuine" Nikes - £60 so not cheap - but when they landed they were clearly fake. I emailed seller who instantly offered a refund.
It took me 2 attempts at £5 each to get them returned (I missed out the flat number the first time) but seller has now very promptly refunded me the full £70.
He has one negative feedback saying the shoes are fake, but everyone else sounds quite happy (I hadn't looked before I bought them
)
Anyway should I just not leave feedback? Leave neutral saying shoes are fake but seller refunded? leave negative? report to ebay?
This feels like one of the "what would you do?" dilemmas on moneysavingexpert!
