Arghh pay pal chargeback help please

I sold 2 books a while ago (cant remember date off the top of my head) and have only just reeived a email from pay pal saying about buyer wants a transaction dispute/ chargeback claim, buyer supposingly didnt authorise the money to be taken from credit card.
In the 'resolve now' page they ask for postage proof -I might possibly still have postage receipt if I hunt high and low or they ask for other evidence (or refund money). She has left positive feedback for one of the books (both sent together in same package), could I use this as my other evidence?

You could certainly try, but to be honest, paypal tend to side with buyer and refund. I have been stung on this - had proof of postage, but it wasn't the right kind apparently!! I have stopped selling on ebay because of it as I feel it is unfair.

thanks missmoopy just sent copy of proof of postage and buyer has left feedback so fingers crossed but from what ive heard it doesnt look promising. It was code 83 and looking it up its says it fraudulant and supposingly pay pal will get back in 30 days.
