Basically i made an error with address (I put number 18 instead of 81). I contacted buyer as soon as DHL tracking said address not found and i also found the contact number for the DHL centre which had the parcel and let the buyer know the phone number.
The parcel arrived Monday (sent wednesday)and the buyer contacted me to explain why they had trouble with delivery (wrong number on address) and i appologised.
Thought no more of it until i just checked my feedback and find they have left a negative, reason being 'got my adress mixed up so had problems delivering to me'.
Surely this is not a good reason for Neg? I don't see it would require Neutral either as it was an easy (albeit silly) error to make.
