I sold a coffee machine last week, tested it before I sent and it was ok, but when the buyer received he said it didn't work.
I have asked him to return it to me and then I will refund the selling price to him.
When I receive the machine, how do I process this and can I get my fees refunded? I am not finding the help section much help...
