Is it worth it - selling clothes?

I have loads of clothes - men's, women's and baby to sell. Do you actually end up getting much for them? They are not designer or anything, just high street stuff.

By the time there is postage, the 10% that ebay take off, and the whatever the paypal charges are - do you really work out that much better off?

I am totally skint so the extra money will be good. I am just worried it will seem like lots of money when it goes into paypal - as that is before most of the expenses like postage and final value fees have been taken out.

Car boot it maybe, ebay sounds like a faff for clothing.

I can't really do a car boot very easily. I am on my own, with a 1 year old and a 2 year old and have nobody that would babysit, so I would have to take them with me, I have seriously considered it, but not been brave enough yet!

Try selling the kid's stuff on here... before trying eBay.
