Sold a item on eBay about 4 or 5 weeks ago. Buyer paid paypal , I sent it off recorded, buyer left feedback all fine . It wasn't a big item a couple of quid plus postage.
But I have just received the parcel back through royal mail with a label on it with a few boxes for reason for return. The box marked refused is ticked.
I am guessing that post office tried to deliver failed and she didn't pick it up from the sorting office.
I have been away but have been checking email and haven't heard from her at all. She has a low f/b number so I am thinking she is not an experienced ebayer.
What do I do now?
I feel bad she hasn't had what she paid for but neither has she realised.
I am assuming that if I try to post it again I will have to pay and don't really want to out of pocket.
I was going to email her and offer to send it again if she pays another lot of postage. Is this fair?

Perhaps it went to the wrong address? and was refused, so that's why it has come back to you.

I would deffo contact her, as she may well be busy or tied up with her own life, and hasn't even noticed she hasn't got it.

You should refund her money with a message explaining her parcel has been returned so you've refunded her money.

Explain to her that if she still wishes to buy the item you can relist with a BIN and give her the item number so she can buy again.
