I just had to pay postage as the seller sent the item in an envelope with just my address on. The envelope had a hole in as well, although that could have been royal mail.
I paid £1.51 to the post office and £1.40 to the seller for P+P, for two baby headbands for the wedding. The items themselves cost £5.59. Now they are here, they aren't even nice! (That bit is my fault for not looking at the picture properly though)
I paid by paypal.
What should I do?
