on feedback buyer complained that the packaging was torn!

am a bit cross, she still left + feedback, but moaned that the packaging was torn and i need to wrap better next time. I put the dresses in a carrier and wrapped it in brown paper, twice round. cheaper than jiffy bags which keeps p&p cost down. Im a bit pissed off about it tbh. her sorting office must have been heavy handed with it, ive never had any complaints before about the way ive wrapped, and im hacked off that she used it as her feedback rather than messaging me to mention it.

maybe reply to the Fb with "so pleased your item arrived safely. sorry the outer layer of packaging was damaged"

If it was dresses that you were sending I would have thought a jiffy bag would be more appropriate as it would be bendy and more likely to tear.
Agreed she could have contacted you direct though.

you can buy the mailing sacks in all different quantities off ebay and are very durable they work out qite cheap if you buy a few :)

great for clothes have fun ......hate buyers who use feedback to communicate stuff
