Hi,

I need to get ebaying, things are very tight and the cash will be massively helpful.

Can anyone tell me how I work out postage that is fair but doesn't leave me out of pocket for packaging?

Many thanks. Smile

Weigh the item, round up to account for packaging, look up on royalmail.com the price for packets/parcels.
Add a bit for the cost of packing materials if you need to buy these.
Make sure you state the type of postage on your ad, eg. "1st class parcel, overseas at cost". If valuable, consider signed-for (check cost). If large, consider one of the cheap couriers eg. parcel2go.
