Why am I paying listing fees when relisting?

Was selling a load of books for 99p, no listing fee. When they didn't sell I went to relist them. If I relist individually, it's still free. If I tick the boxes and try to do a "bulk relist" I get charged the listing fees.
Does anyone know why that happens?

have you gone over 100 in the month?

StealthPolarBear · 06/08/2010 14:52

oh maybe...
but then wouldn't I get charged even if relisting individually? Only seems to happen if I try to do them in bulk

Interesting, I had the same problem, whenever I try to re-list in bulk even if just a couple of items, it charges you but if you do one by one it doesn't. did not ave the time to look into it so I just re-list one by one! but it is annoying.

Yes, very annoying, not suer if it's a bug with the software and I should let them know?
I did look in the help but it talked about how if you relist something and it sells you get your insertion fee back, or something like that...still doesn't explain why it's different if you do it in bulk as opposed to individually Confused

Well I've just been chatting with their support people who assure me that even though the fees are displayed you aren't charged them. I am Hmm but will try it and report back - wonder if I'll have to wait for August's bill now.

this sometimes happens when you list on turbo lister if there is a promotion. It shows as being charged upon listing but when you look at your seller account you haven't been charged

oh right, thank you. That gives me a bit more confidence that it is as he says!
