DH left positive feedback for seller without checking with me if item was ok - and it's not!

Bit cross with my DH for doing this as I can't imagine the seller will care about doing anything to sort the problem now she has positive feedback.

I bought lots of quilt squares and they are awful. So different to the ones in the pictures you wouldn't believe. Seller does state "prints may vary" but she is taking the p - pic shows lots of lovely florals and nice dainty prints and she's sent bloody cartoon characters and solid black blocks (and about 8 nice ones)! Plus it was meant to be a pack of no duplicate prints but I have 10 of them!

I've emailed the seller but not holding out much hope of her emailling back with anything positive. Even though there's positive feedback can I still open a dispute if need be?

yes, you can still open a dispute.
I'd message her and tell her she seems to have sent you the wrong items and could she please send you the correct ones, and if she requires the wrong ones back could she provide a SAE. Explain that your DH left the FB in error but hopefully you will be able to leave it as it is as you are sure once you receive the correct squares you will be happy.
If she doesn't resolve the issue then open a dispute

Thanks, sixlostmonkeys.

We did email but haven't heard back but she's in America so obviously going to give her plenty of time to contact us.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that she is a reasonable person.
