my necklace turned up and i think its fake..

I bought what I thought was a vivienne westwood necklace, and now its here I am pretty sure its fake.

Its still pretty nice, but a bit rough around the edges with no branding on it. It was cheap for a VW necklace, but advertised as geniune.

What are the ebay rules on this? Dont really know what to do or what I should ask the seller

There are a lot of VW fakes on ebay. Usually if it is suspiciously cheap it is fake. You get what you pay for.

If you contact ebay they take a very hard line on fakes. Have a look in the help section.

you are right, i suppose that although i wouldnt know how much a real one is, it was pretty cheap. I have just emailed the seller, so i'll see what she says..
