Claiming payment

Hi, hope someone can help. I sold an item on eBay and the buyer has paid, but the payment is not In my paypal account. My eBay account says 'claim your payment' which I click, that takes me to my paypal account, so I log in - but no payment!

I asked the buyer to cancel payment and resend, which she says she has done - but still nothing.

I have sold two further items since and received payment with no probs! Any advice??

was the email addy on the ebay listing the correct one for your paypal?

Hi - yes it was.
I have another item now which is doing the same thing and when I go to claim payment paypal is asking me for a new password to make my account premium

I don't understand why it is asking for a new password.
You may need to upgrade your paypal account, that is normal once you reach a certain stage, but the new password bit puzzles me.
Maybe best to ask on the ebay forums.
