How long does stuff usually take to arrive from America?

Don't say how long is a piece of string!

I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed my quilt squares and am waiting impatiently.

It's been 8 days, which is fine, but no communication from the seller to even give me an idea of when they will arrive.

Weeks?

Seller is in Connecticut and postage bit says USPS First Class Mail International.

I have 140 quilting squares (all a different material) coming. I've never made a quilt before and I'm itching to give it a go!

What's this about illegal fees by Royal Mail?

TBE, thanks very much for letting me know about that admin fee. I have a dosy DH too but shall stand behind him poking him to remind him, just in case we get some eejit trying to get us to pay it!

Going to go look at the Moda website to drool over even more things while I wait, thank you.

Oh God, I am totally in love with all the Moda stuff! My poor DH is going to find his watching list has grown from one page to three!

I just googled and I like both but especially the Plume one. In fact, I think I just need a pack of each and every design.
