Leaving a Negative comment but Not Negative Feedback

i recently bought an item that only I bid on and got it for £2, postage was £3. i thought at the time that P&P seemed stupidly high but placed one bid and if i was outbid then so be it.

The item has arrived and is completely fine but it had a large 2nd class stamp, ie, 51p and they used a recycled jiffy bag.

they haven't had enough transactions for me to be able to leave detailed ratings so the only way of saying i feel i was over-charged is to leave a comment in the positive feedback box (i don't want to leave neutral or negative feedback as the item was exactly as described).

What would you do?

contact them before leaving feedback.
if you leave negative comments they can have it removed.
always contact before leaving feedback - it's only fair
