Seller asking for the transaction to be deleted ...?

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this.

We bought some bunk beds from a commercial seller on ebay a few weeks ago. They have arrived and all is well. I have had an email via ebay saying that the seller has requested the transaction is deleted from ebay.... No reason has been given.

I have ignored it for now but, am I being paranoid, or does it sound a bit dodgy ??

That is weird. Can you email ebay back to ask why? Could possibly be a mistake if they sell lots and the seller actually wants a different transaction to be deleted, perhaps one where the buyer backed out.
