Help on sizing issue on 80's jacket

I have bought a jacket off eBay, which is an 80s style batwing denim jacket (for hen do!), so I appreciate it is a big style. The jacket is advertised as a size 10, but 'could easily fit 8-12'. The jacket has arrived and it is huge, absolutely huge. I can't keep it on my shoulders. I dont think the description was accurate, but there is no size label in the jacket. I have contacted the seller to say I dont think the description was accurate, but she has emailed back saying that it is definetly a size 10, and she will not do a refund. Where do I stand? Am I stuck with this jacket now?

ask her again if you can return it for a refund (you must send recorded though for your own protection). If she still refuses open a paypal dispute for item not as described. Keep factual in the dispute eg, state chest measurements that would indicate it is not a 10.

If I open this dispute with her though, wont it leave me likely to get negative feedback?

Am a bit on the fence here. Maybe it is a size 10? Is there any evidence at all that it is a larger size? Sizes do vary - that, to me is why I rarely buy clothes online because you cannot try them on first!!

The seller however, is being unreasonable - she should offer you a refund on return out of goodwill if nothing else.

I would say it all depends on how much you paid for it as to how far you take it.
