How do i translate ebay emails in foreign languages?

Have got an emailf rom an italian buyer, and it's in italian and I haven't a clue what it says

I use google translate, which is normally quite good.

Google Translate is generally the best online (free) machine translation there is. Although it's not perfect (no machine translation is), it should give you the gist of what is being said.
