Can you add a buy it now price on a listing AFTER someone has bid?

I think once you've had a bid you can't edit the listing any more (eg add BIN price)

Thanks for that. Someone has emailed seller and asked how much would she take for cash - do they have to make a bid on item now the auction is up and running?

There are certain things you can not do once it has bids, such as change the title or description, but you can add more pictures, postage options, and also a Buy It Now price - providing it did not have one in the first place.

At the top of the listing there should be a Revise Your Item link - click on it, and the option to add a BIN will be near the current price and postage options.
