Does any one have any experience of being put on this register? We have a review in the morning on the back of being discharged from hospital again this afternoon and it's been suggested we explore this. Also a C(E)TR. I have quickly done some googling and it suggests it's to prevent admissions into mental health hospitals but I'm apprehensive it's going to mean a bashing from social services for being crap. I read on their it prevents unnecessary hospital admissions and now I'm worried I shouldn't have gone to A&E yesterday. Think I'm just emotionally exhausted and second guessing everything!

DSR is about bringing the agencies that work with a person on the register together to ensure everyone is doing what they should be to prevent a recurring hospitalisation. Shouldn’t be anything to worry about and definitely shouldn’t put you off seeking medical care when needed in the future.
