Hi, my DD with AN has been severely underweight in the past but with the help of Olanzapine she is weight restored. However she’s getting chest pains every day which travel up her neck. Bloods okay and ECGs okay, with tendency towards POTS. Some dizziness. I’m concerned that the AN has damaged her heart. Of course it could also be anxiety. Has anyone had any similar experiences? I’m thinking of asking for an US for her, but not sure whether to? Thank you.
