Relapsing with more independence

Hi there. My DD is 16 and was diagnosed with AN about 3 years ago. We had FBT for 18 months at the start. I wondered if anyone could recommend books or similar about the process of gradually having more independence again. We have cycled through more support and gradual more independence but at that point she relapses and I suspect doesn’t eat or doesn’t eat enough when not with us. Is there another approach, or can anyone recommend useful books etc about this stage? It does get better each time but I wonder if a different perspective might help us think of something to help. Thanks.

I'm so sorry that you didn't have any responses to your post. Have you managed to find any suitable books? Flowers
