As a mother ánd a grandmother I feel compelled to share this.
I was made aware of a new trend, that young girls weigh theirselves every day (some several times a day) and make a list with on one side their weight, on the other side a number under the heading "skipped". An example : 58 kg. - 7 skipped. That's the number of meals they have skipped in an attempt to lose weight. I'm talking of teenage girls, comparing their statistics with each-other.
I don't think IABU wanting to warn you all, we need to take care of each other and of our (grand)children. Please be alert my friends. Be safe.
