I wondered if anyone could help me and suggest strategies!
I feel so guilty about eating unless it's dinner time - which we have at 6.30pm. Today I have eaten a good variety of food, walked the dog 12,000 steps, and I feel awful about eating 60g brie outside my meal plan.
I ate it. But can you help me feel less guilt? Please? I don't know who else to ask for help 😥
