Eating disorders
Is this a problem?

Name changed for this.
I find that I am regularly feeling a lot more hungry than usual and spending a lot of time thinking about food. I will also try and sneak more food when nobody is looking, or make a cup of tea at the same time to make it look like I'm just making a cup of tea and not eating. I also get angry if somebody says I should not be eating more food if they find me and will sneak more. I also frequently find myself not remembering that I have just finished eating something as well. I am not sure what to do as all I can think about it food and have strong cravings. The other night I went to bed thinking about Weetabix and the next day I spent most of my time thinking about Weetabix. I am not sure if this a major problem or just normal for some people. I am nowhere near overweight btw although I think I have gained some weight recently. Thanks in advance for any advice.
