High FSH levels

Hi there, I've been in recovery from Anorexia for a few years now, lost my period and they still haven't returned. Although my relationship with food is improving, I am still medically underweight. I had a blood test recently and was asked to do another one as my first one was showing signs of high FSH. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my weight and if once my periods return my fertility will go back to normal?
Part of me is worried that the high FSH level has nothing to do with my past/weight and is just one of them things that has happened to me if that makes sense?

I'm just hoping someone has had a similar experience and could maybe give me any tips?

Thank you.

This happened to me. But I was late 40s so they just treated is as menopause.
I think its probably due to low weight and low oestrogen.
Are you getting any support with your eating and weight?
