I thought I would like to some websites that are really useful for people with eating disorders and also for parents/carers of sufferers of Eating Disorders.

Eating Disorders have the highest death rate of any mental health disorder and treatment has changed radically over the last decade or so. It is important to get help early, by speaking to a GP about your worries.
These websites are very helpful I think. please feel free to recommend any others.

Beat (uk based, advice for sufferers and carers, offers mentor support)

Eva Musby (aimed at carers, she has written anamazing book but a lot of these resources are free and well worth looking at, including easy to absorb videos)

Feast (aimed at carers in family based therapy, international but these people REALLY understand the hell that is ED. They offer a 30 day course for 'new carers' )
