Dd14 and fussy eating habits- what’s the best way to manage this?

Dd has a good appetite but always been fussy since childhood and would live off pizza and junk food everyday, with little fruit and veg given the chance. I’ve been pretty strict until now and managed to enforce a balanced diet whilst allowing 1-2 days a week of ‘junk meals’.
However with her sensitive age, I’m really worried about triggering an eating disorder...and don’t want to set of ‘control’ issues in her. She’s not concerned about weight at present, but I know there is a lot of chat in her age group about this sort of stuff, and preoccupation with body image etc
Should I ease off now? And give in more to her demands of junk, in the hope she’ll come back to a healthier way of eating a few years down the line?
Or carry on as I have been?
