Dizziness when eating

Does anyone else get dizzy when they eat? I get lightheaded on the first bite then in fine a minute later. Have no clue why.

Sounds like a little bit of Anxiety, breathe slowly for a minute when you sit down before eating.

I had similar when I was pregnant. Used to get so shaky, had a cold sweat, and had to lie down for fear of passing out. Dr reckoned blood pressure related though I didn’t end up doing anything about it and it resolved itself after the birth.

How long have you had it for?
