Guys I can’t tell what my diagnose might be but I don’t know what to do. The voices in my head call me fat and I lost few kilos in few days but then I realised I am not healthy anymore. I started eating more than I usually do and now I’m afraid I won’t be able to stop. For example like 3 meals a day for me is really a lot as I always used to have only one. Can anyone recommend anything?
