Feeling down

Hiya. I wondered what you do when you're feeling down. I am still sticking to a low calorie diet but I'm eating nuts and dried cranberries as a morning snack and chopped vegetables for lunch with an apple. I was having nothing. I suppose I wondered if being on restriction for a while does depress your mood?

Had a lot of changes recently. Death and stroke in close family. It's hard to be 'normal' and to be 'normal' I feel like I have to restrict.
