Hi everyone,
I am looking for some help/ book recommendations to learn how to eat 'normally' because I have no idea what that looks like!

I was diagnosed with anorexia as a 14 yo & was hospitalised a couple of times as a result. I started to get better when I was around 20... I met my husband at 21 & gained 8 stone as a result (making me morbidly obese- in terms of BMI). Then I lost 7 stone for our wedding, making me a healthy weight... Then I fell pregnant on our honeymoon and gained 2 stone, then lost it.. Then fell pregnant again. Long story short, I've been on a diet, or binge eating since I was 14 & don't know how normal people eat!

Has anyone read any good nutritional books, or does anyone have any advice? I don't want to lose weight, I just want to live healthily now, without calorie or points counting & I feel completely lost!

Sorry for rambling on! Any advice welcome :)
