I'm in my 40s, been recovered for over 10 years, and think I'm having a sodding relapse!

Had 3 children, got a but chubby what with no time to exercise, and always having a biscuit tin to hand to deal with breastfeeder hunger.
Suddenly thought, I'll do a diet - lose a bit, get fit. You know, like normal people do

So I've gone from 11stone 3 to 10 stone 2 in about 2 months and now finding it really hard to justify eating at all.

I'm camping, bloody freezing (probably lack of calories) and I think my breastfeeding supply is drying up, but I'm totally powerless to change.

Fuck

Sad

I'm so sorry you're struggling. You need to start eating more regularly and in bigger quantities than you want in order to trigger your appetite again. Try not to panic and just start to retrain yourself. Are you under pressure at the moment?
