I find myself purging my evening meal 3/4 times a week. Obviously I know this isn't normal, anyone else in this situation? I'm a bit confused with myself :(

Every single meal, I've had enough but just can't stop. If I try not to be sick I just feel guilty and it eats away at me until I go and do it, then I feel even worse for doing it. It's just a never ending cycle

I can't stand feeling full or bloated.

But yeah I get that it just goes around in my head to be sick...

Sometimes I'm tempted to stop the full feeling but I've never been able to make myself sick. Have you seen a doctor OP or spoken to anyone IRL?

Ffs, today I've eaten a wrap and a white chocolate pancake and I want to purge. This is all I've eaten all day, and I won't be eating anything else...

Nope, feel stupid talking about it. I'm a weirdo I realize I'm a complete fucked mess... Perhaps I need to mention it to my GP. I bury my head in the sand about it...
